Good leggings
Ordered my usual size. These are thin material but are not clingy or tight. Fabric is very smooth, tightly knit / not see-through, true black, thin but reliable waistband, nice length, slightly "pooling" at the ankle, ankle fit is perfect, not tight. They'll be a good go-to for under long tunics. Will work in warm weather.

not good quality for the price
I have lots of Eileen Fisher and I was not impressed with these at all. Fabric too thin. Waistband was on the smaller size in width, I like a flatter wider waistband. And the cost was too much. Since the fabric was on the thin side, it really shows any lumps for bumps, even the small ones. Not a good look at all.

Nice fit and fabric
I am so happy w/ these leggings. Bought 2 pair. They fit true to size. They are not "control top", but even so, they will not fall down. They have a nice "grip" w/out being too tight. They skim nicely. Toward the end of the day I won't feel like I am being cut in two. The fabric is lightweight, but does not cling. Perfect for living in FL. Tops flow nicely over these leggings and do not "stick". Can layer on top and w/ boots if I travel North.

EF Ankle Leggings
These are my all time favorite leggings. I own 3 pair, and am ordering a 4th. They are thin but they are actually very durable. I can't tell the difference between my new ones and ones I've had for years. I love the smaller waistband, it's functional but comfortable. The lightweight material makes them easily wearable in warmer weather. I've had no issues with them not staying in place, no snags or pilling, and move around quite a bit at my job. They are pricey for a pair of leggings but they have more than earned their keep in my closet. I live in them..I wear them almost daily, to work, around the house. I've even slept in them. I've purchased other brands and I always come back to these, so I've just stopped wasting my money on others.

Expensive but very nice
These are great. I love them. They look and feel amazing. I wasnt sure I would like them, but they really look good on. They'll work well in my casual work environment.
