NOT at all low rise
These were mid rise at my belly button! The pictures online are very deceiving. I am 5 foot 7 inches and 124 lbs athletic with an hour glass shape and ordered an XS.
The exterior of the pants were rough, since that is the nature of terry cloth. The interior of the paint was smooth more of a cotton feel. The color in person is as depicted online.

super cute 2000 throwback
