Poor execution of a great design idea
The top of the dress I received was a very narrow strip, providing next to no coverage over the bust. Meanwhile, the skirt was far too generous, almost billowy. Very different from the photo of the dress on the model where the top is higher and the bottom more form fitting. It seemed to me a flaw in the execution of the design. Otherwise, the dress seemed well made and was an interesting shade of bluish grey. I would have loved to have worn this on my next trip to a hot destination. I had to return it though.
