Gisele Long Pajamas

I absolutely adore my Eberjey "Gisele" pajamas, so much that I have 2 pairs of them, one in navy blue with a pink sorbet trim and a second pair in pebble, a heathery plum color, with a silk ivory trim. I prefer the darker colors because the "girls" don't show even when they're cold so I can safely walk to the bathroom at home without a robe with my college age son in the house. This is an important consideration for me because he is going to be my full time caregiver when I have to move to Florida and wait for my dual liver/kidney transplant, so some modesty is important for both of us. Anyhow, these pajamas are heavenly. They're incredibly soft, warm, fit like a dream, and launder easily. We, or rather my husband as he is the one who actually does all the laundry, use a front loading washer and hang most everything up to air dry inside the house. As a result, these pajamas come out of the washer nearly dry and air dry within a few hours and then all I have to do is shake them out and fold them up...or toss them in the dryer for 5 minutes to get them warm and immediately put them on! They're blissfully warm in the winter and I hope to find they're relatively cool in the summer. If not, I'm safe as I've improved my pajamas selection significantly and have a number of pairs of appropriate cotton pajamas for spring/summer/early fall use and will review those at a later date. And while these Eberjey pajamas do cost a pretty penny, they're worth it. They keep their shape beautifully and don't snag on anything. They've traveled across the country and most of my extended family have seen at least one of the pairs and asked where I got them--all of the women now want a pair and most of the men as well, although it seems Eberjey only makes women's pajamas and lingerie items, so sorry guys! Now if I can only keep them from trying to steal my Ugg slippers too things will be great!! So, family and friends, go to Nordstrom.com and get a pair of these fabulous Eberjey "Gisele" pajamas for yourself. It's an investment in yourself and your sleep that you won't regret. Pick one of the darker colors; that light pink is pretty but just a touch see-through on top for those of us who aren't still in trainer bras. And no, you can't have my pajamas, they're mine, all mine. Get some for yourself and have a fabulous night's sleep! P.S. Don't forget to add a pair of great Ugg slippers to keep your feet warm all day long and perhaps a pair of Nordstrom pink bed socks to keep your feet warm in bed; the latter are wonderfully cozy and wash up nice and soft! An Ugg Duffield robe would be the perfect finishing touch for the winter; fabulously warm and just the right length with arms that fit to perfection and never drag in the sink or on your plate.
