I have only used this iron once so far, but really like it. The steam feature was awesome. It was light and easy to use.

Used product with water still in the tank

I received a used product—sold as new—that was poorly packaged, and the instructions were all crumpled. Inside the water compartment or tank, it was still wet and contained a small amount of water. I expected to receive something of good quality from Nordstrom, not something like this one.

Fast Heat Up

I bought because of features and I am not disappointed. So excited I started ironing right away. What a crease it puts in pants without starch! Also, heats up to steam in seconds. Love this iron.

Great features

Purchased just yesterday, and I love it. Very light weight, easy to you, great steam or works on more delicate items with no steam. Like I can use to steam wrinkles out of curtains and drapes.
