All good except heel and overall look

It fits perfectly everywhere, but it's a tiny bit loose in the heel. The look itself is simple. Doesn't look too trendy.

I ordered a size 10W but was shipped a size 81/2 M

I like the shoes but I ordered the size I want but was shipped a smaller size that will not work for me because I have a Wide Instep and need the shoes in the Wide size.
