Great shoe, runs big
I wear a 10M and have for years, but thanks to Nordstrom's generous return policy I was able to order several sizes of this show to get the right fit. I ended up ordering a size 9.5 N and they a just right. The 10M I ordered at first were very big and would not stay on. I am very happy with this shoe. I was looking for a shoe to replace my 6 year old pair of Easy Spirit black flats in which I have worn holes in the soles! These are soft and comfortable and perfect for wearing to church or a concert, etc. I don't wear heels, just a nice black flat like these and then at home always my Brooks Ghosts.

disappointing
I ordered these shoes for work. I'm a flight attendant and need something durable, comfortable and stylish for work. As soon as I put them on they instantly creased terribly. It looked like I wore them for month, crazy. The insole aren't comfortable and feels like I'm walking on the bare floor. They don't look as nice as photographed. They look a little cheap. Can't return them cause they look so worn. I regret buying.

You Should Buy These NOW
These shoes are so COMFORTABLE. I have been working from home for the past two years and got accustomed to not wearing shoes. I will be returning to the office soon, and needed to find a pair of comfortable shoes. Well these are it! It almost feels like I have a bedroom slipper on. Trust me on this, you'll thank me later :-)

Heels too loose
Thought they looked great. I wore them out and found the heels constantly came off as the heels are too wide. and the toes too narrow and gapping through the sides Very uncomfortable and with the heel loose almost dangerous. I wish manufacturers would read the reviews. For years people have complained about the change in lasts with narrower toes and wider heels. I wear a size 12 so shoes are an issue.
