Comfy and love the colors

UGLY
this is the ugliest shoe that I have ever ordered in my entire life. It looks nothing like the picture it's narrow, flat and ugly. My husband told me I could no longer order anything else if I was going order stuff like this .. lol they were so ugly I tried to hide them from him until I can get to the store to return them don't waste your money

terrible customer service
Completely appalled by the lack of professionalism and attention to detail shown by customer service on both the online and in store staff. Not sure what is going on with the stores. I have been a loyal customer for decades but the continuous string of incompetence with handling and shipping of products has resolved me to never spending a penny at any Nordstrom/affiliate again. Hopefully they can get their act together and turn their slippage around!

Wanted to love these, but so disappointed!
Loved the color combo online and when they arrived, still liked the color in person. However, they came with glue all over them. The quality is terrible! Glue to the point it left black spot on the tongue of one shoe, the upper lip is disfigured and glue is just visible all along the shoes. Looks so cheaply put together. I know the price isn't as crazy as some dunks, but I really just expected more. Super disappointed, will be returning.
