Never got correct size.
Wrong Size Again! Ordered the size 9 twice, and twice y'all sent me a 5.5!! I really wanted these slippers, but I am getting tired of having to repackage and ship off/return. Y'all lost a sale Nordstroms!! Fix your website/order system.

Fantastic slipper though sizes are confusing
These are easy to slip on & off yet have soft, cozy, warm lining; are stable with good cushion and arch support. I have slightly narrow ankles and feet yet need wide toe box. Perfect! There was just some confusion as to my size. I hope to figure that out as I would like to buy more slippers in different colors.
