broke within 90 days
This is a nice little device that works well at the function it is meant for. However, the roller end broke off after a few months of use. I purchased this over the holidays when the return window was 45 days, and Nordstrom will not make it right or assist in any way. I paid full price too, $80. I have had to reach out to the manufacturer for assistance and I am very, very disappointed since I typically buy at Nordstrom knowing they will honor the purchase. Avoid!
