Perfect Shower Cap!
I really really really like this shower cap. I do not wash my hair everyday and thought this terry lined cap would prevent my hair from getting damp on the inside during showers. It gets the job done and doesn't leave an irritating mark across my forehead. Well worth the price!

Waste of money
I loved this when I first bought it. However, I quickly noticed the scrunchy part that fits around your head never completely dries and is now growing mold. I've tried washing it, but problem just persists. This morning I noticed spots of mold on the main terry cloth part inside as well. Disgusting! Don't want to put that on my head! DON'T BUY THIS!

good quality cap
I'm always taking shower caps from hotels when I travel, so I totally bought this when I saw it at the store. It works well, really good quality. However after using it a few times, it started to get moldy around the elastic. So now I turn it inside out to dry - leaving the terrycloth side on the outside and that has solved it. Dries much better.

Black mold!
I purchased this cap and at first it was great. I was never sure why shower caps come with a terrycloth liner and this one proved to be a disaster. It is a very cute cap but after about 3 weeks of use the area where the elastic, plastic and terry cloth meet was covered in black mold that could not be wiped off because it was growing between the plastic and terry cloth following the elastic. I do not use this cap every day and I also wipe the outside dry and hang it on a hook in my bathroom to dry. The hook is not in the shower it is in a spot where it should dry. I have never had this issue with past shower caps. I believe that the water is getting trapped between the plastic and cloth and it can not dry. I was able to return this item

Mold
As others describe the edge of the cap between the plastic and terry cloth became moldy and completely unusable. Do not purchase. Waste of money...

Mold? Do this
Folks it’s common sense! Turn the cap terry side out after you use it so it dries. Then wash it at least once a week with your regular clothes but add vinegar to your load. It not only disinfects, it is an antimicrobial, and NO it won’t leave your clothes smelling like vinegar.
