How to use: Press and hold the DRx SpectraLite™ Device button for 2 seconds to turn on the LED lights. Press the button to choose the mode you would like and it will automatically shut off after a 3-minute session. Use the Alpha Beta® Extra Strength Daily Peel in the AM and PM. First time peel users may apply every other day until skin becomes acclimated.
Massage onto clean, dry skin until pad is dry. Wait two minutes. Repeat with Step 2. Do not rinse. To further enhance
results, follow with a serum and moisturizer of your choice from Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare. Use the DermInfusions Fill + Repair Serum in the AM and PM. Using 2-3 pumps, massage into full face, targeting wrinkles. Use the Advanced Retinol + Ferulic Triple Correction Eye Serum in the AM and PM. Apply ½ pump for both eyes, tapping gently around entire eye area including lids, crow’s feet and elevens.

Beware if you have melasma
Do not use if you have/are prone to melasma. This not only made my pre existing melasma darker, but it also created new melasma spots. After researching it more, this type of light is not good for melasma and the heat it emits will only make it worse. Do not buy.

significant difference in short time. Wear daily
I normally don't do reviews but this is a big purchase so I want to help others in making a decision. Please get this. I have worn the mask daily for about 15-30 mins. I can see the redness, lines and dark spots reduce. I do believe the other products are a big help as well. Good deal for everything it comes with.

Faulty strap
Like others my only negative complaint is the strap. It really does not hold or stay in place. Typically I lay down because walking around with it just isn’t very secure. On a positive note I have a brown spot (sun damage) and I underwent a photo facial that lessened it. I’ve had the facial done before, but did not get the results I have now. I’ve been using the mask for three months, and while I don’t attribute the lessened brown spot completely to the mask I believe it really has helped.
