Vibrant and Unique
I was a little nervous about this dress because of the other review saying it was cheap and weird. But I love it. The blue is vibrant. The cut is unusual but the belt nips you in at the waist and makes it very flattering. I don't think the material seems cheap at all. It is much longer on my than it is on the model but I'm also only 5'4"

Terrible Quality
The material felt like a costume. The skirt was full of snags upon arrival. There is absolutely no structure in the bust. I bought this on a deep discount and am returning. Would not keep even if it was free. Color was beautiful and liked the style.
