Drop Waist Cotton Maxi Dress

It’s a “Drop Thigh” dress. The upper smocked section is really long and the top of the skirt hits my mid- thighs. The up skirt is lined, heavy and pulls everything down even further. I have muscular arms but the armholes are too big and show the sides of my breasts especially as the dress pulls the holes even bigger. Fleetingly I considered having it altered but would cost a fortune as the skirt would have do be completely removed then reattached. $$$! 🥲
