CHOCOLATE SLOUCH BAG OF MY DREAMS

I hope this arrives before Valentine's day because it's my galentines gift to me. The chocolate brown shade is something my closet has needed for forever. I will check back with quality when it gets here. Cost feels high, hoping quality meets it.

very disappointed

I was so happy when I find this purse online, was everything what I wanted, color, shape, size, but when I get it, was completely different. Nothing like in the picture, from the quality of leather, shape, strap length. I return it.

Poorly Made and Even Worse Customer Service

Poorly produced and even worse customer service. The strap arrived 3” too short. The strap was suppose to measure 16”-18” and mine was only 15”. I purchased the purse through Nordstrom marketplace who offers free returns and no restocking. However, trying to exchange this purse to receive a properly produced item has been a horrible experience to say the least. The only way to get my purse now is to have it exchanged directly through GigiPip but they are making me pay a return/restocking fee to return the item which was absolutely not a stipulation when I purchased this at Nordstrom. This company would rather lose a sale and a customer instead of waiving a tiny fee for a defective purse. BUYER BEWARE!!

love the color but has issues

I ordered this purse in chocolate. I loved the color, but the leather isn’t holding up as there is already a hole in it. Plus the strap comes undone often. I wouldn’t recommend it due to the price and issues.
