Natasha Sequin Sheath Midi Dress

I love this dress! This dress looks even better in person, very glitzy with the sequins, which is the look I wanted. I needed a cocktail dress for an evening dinner the night before a wedding. The inside is lined so the sequins don't scratch you. This dress fits me perfectly in all the right places. I am 5'8" for reference, 34D, I have a tiny waist but I am also hourglass shape. 145-155 lbs depending on the day. The dress is heavy on the hanger but not heavy on. The slit is sexy, it is a nice length hitting just below the knee as it shows in the photo. The back is super sexy with the scoop back. I thought I was going to need a bra extender for this dress but it works perfectly with my Natori bras, no straps showing and full coverage. The only thing with this dress that other reviewers of Dress the Population have noted, is that it has weird shoulder pads. I have very broad shoulders, I really don't need them to be accentuated. If you are petite build and want your shoulders accentuated, this will be great for you. However, it's not a dealbreaker for me either, and I think the dark color makes the pads less noticeable, but they are like a circular tube at the end of your shoulders, not a flat shoulder pad. Other than that, this dress is a winner. I'm excited to wear it in about a week.
