Kailyn Velvet Floral Lace Strapless Cocktail Dress

The dress itself is a little frumpy/too mature for your 20s, but the worst part was its handling by Nordstrom and the carrier. The dress was hung on a hanger inside a plastic bag and then folded into a box, but arrived with huge creases pressed into the fabric (including ones that folded down the top edge of lace on the bodice). The cardboard box and plastic inside were also ripped completely open during shipping so Nordstrom should definitely switch mail carriers. Even if I had liked the dress itself would have been frustrating to need to get a formal dress dry cleaned and/or steamed before ever even wearing it. I don’t think I’d order a formal dress from Nordstrom again.
