Cleo Sequin Sheath Cocktail Dress

I bought this for a semi formal work holiday party. It is super flattering because of the fit and pattern and very comfortable. Even though this is all sequins (and sparkles), the pattern is modern and geometric so manages to come off sexy and adult. I got so many compliments that I even decided to wear it for my 50th bday as well! I could not recommend this dress enough. I am 5'7", about 150lbs, B cup and pear shaped and the medium was perfect. My guess is if you are large busted, it may not work as well or you may need to size up.

This is a beautiful dress-simple, sophisticated, and elegant with a subtle touch of bling. Although I ultimately decided to keep it, there were two issues that made me hesitate (and deduct a star in my rating). The first is that the fit is very snug and I say that as an extremely petite woman who weighs under 90 lbs, and measures 32-23-30. While the dress fits, I had some difficulty closing the zipper and the fabric has little "give". I generally don't like my clothes to be quite so tight, so I wish there were a tiny bit more fabric used in the construction of the dress. The other is just a matter of personal preference. The back is very low cut and I would have preferred a bit more coverage. Overall, though, it's a winner and I can't wait to wear it!
