disappointed and seeking satisfactory resolution
I requested a refund/customer credit because the product is so inferior. I can live with the sweatshirt/not thrilled but the pants are pilling almost immediately. Formless unflattering and unattractive. I am awaiting a decsion on my request for satisfactory resolution to my request for refund/customer credit.
