Received incomplete, then cancelled
My order came incomplete without the bikini bottom. After a long back and forth on the online chat, Nordstrom agreed for me to return the incomplete order and they would send me another set. After this long exchange and several emails confirming this transaction, I received an email stating that the item was out of stock and I wouldn't be receiving anything. In hindsight, I should have just kept the incomplete order to at least have the chemise. Very frustrating experience, too much wasted time and ended up with no product.
