Nordstrom is the absolute best at customer service
I bought these boots for my 4 yr. old grandaughter in October. Although they fit, they were too hard for her to get on and off for nap time at her day care. I returned them for a larger size in Januray knowing full well that I may not be able to exchange them at this late date. The woman that waited on me didn't bat an eye when I told her my story and I was able to make the exchange. I would have understood had she told me it was too late but I wasn't really surprised having been a Nordstrom customer for the past 40 or more years. Thank you Nordstrom for continuing to be the best ever in all regards!

Cute but not practical
Yes they are the cutest boots ever but I daughter received a total of 10 blisters on her feet and legs from the top of leg to her ankles. The leather is way to tough

Red child Dr Martins
I love these boots! I have always been a fan of this brand, they are always made with high quality and are durable. My daughter loves these boots and wears them with dresses, leggings or tights. Great look with pants too. The side zipper is nice for a quick in and out for kids that have not mastered tying. Overall a great boot!

so cute & true to size!!
my 5 year old is a size 10 but I found them true to size so I ordered next size up since she'll be wearing them with chunky socks. She loves them and has received several compliments!!

LOVE this on my girl!
My daughter loves these boots she says they are comfortable and loves them.
She gets many compliments from family and friends and strangers too. I have two daughter and now they both own two different pairs.
