EXPENSIVE SHOES WITH CHEAP PACKAGING
I received my husband’s shoes today, a christmas gift for him. The shoes were not on sale, I paid the full price…but they arrived in a brown nordstrom shipping box, that’s it! They looked like they came from a clearance rack…where is the original Dr Martens shoe box? They were just thrown inside a big box with nothing to protect them during transit. The shoes did not have any tissue paper stuffing or tissue paper wrapping for protection. So disappointed! Well this is not the first time receiving a cheaply packaged item from Nordstrom, but a full-priced item without it’s own shoe box is a big turn-off. Not acceptable, returning tomorrow!!!

I love this shoe but had to return it. The shoe squeaks loudly on wood, tile and marble. It is quiet on carpet.

Inappropriate sizing
My husband usually wears an 11.5. Bought the US men’s 12 for him first. They were so big that his heel slipped when walking and looked like clown shoes. Sent them back and got an 11. They are so small that his toe hits the front. What the heck, Doc Marten? It’s 2023. You can’t make half sizes?!

Perfect shoe for beginner getting into dress shoe
Very comfortable fit but i will say for sure if you have wide foot order a size up but in all good shoe and you can out on with a suit & it’ll still look classy but have more relax feeling to it

They were super cute but they run huge which I thought was super weird because I’m a true women’s size 7 and that’s what I bought a 7 women’s/mens 6. I would suggest going down a full size if you’re planning on buying them. I would have reordered them but it was sold out in the women’s size 6.
