What it is: A hydrating serum with ceramides that plumps skin appearance while increasing luminosity and smoothness.

What it does: The antioxidant liprochroman protects against free radical damage caused by pollution and UV radiance, the leading causes of fine lines and age spots. Glycolipids replenish moisture loss caused by climate conditions, while vitamins E and F calm redness. It also protects against the external factors that contribute to aging, including pollution, light, climate and irritants.

How to use: After cleansing, apply to your face, neck and the back of your hands. Use morning and night. Always finish your regimen with an SPF in the morning. To use the dropper, unscrew the cap and squeeze the bulb for three seconds. Release the bulb then remove the dropper and squeeze to dispense.

Pro tips: Use this serum as a makeup primer to achieve a dewy look that won't clog pores and will protect skin from pollutants.

This serum is a game changer. Adds moisture to skin and is the perfect serum after cleansing with Dr Loretta Gentle Hydrating cleanser. It leaves skin very soft and smooth. Definitely improves application of makeup. Face glows.

Nope, not a good one
Absolutely awful. Nothing hydrating about this serum. It's like slathering pure silicons over your face. My skin was sweating underneath this serum.

Just silicone
Reviewer ‘TaHi’ had it right - this really is just silicone that lays atop your skin. It isn’t hydrating your skin or anything else, it is just a layer of goop and when it wears off you are back at square one. This product puzzles me - why use it? Full disclosure, I research on the SkinDeep database for low toxicity products only and as few of them as possible. Typically I cleanse with jojoba oil and warm water, then moisturize with Super Salve Mimosa Dream Cream; adding this product did zero to boost my winter dry skin after a month of use. You want silicone, get a cheaper one. Two points because it didn’t make my skin break out. But skip it, I say. I got suckered by a gushy article, don’t do it!

love, love, love
This serum is serious and heavier than your average serum: viscous and hydrating. It kept my face glowing all through the pandemic. I’m 50 and this feels like the right season of my life for this serum-it would have been too much even 5 years ago, I think. I will continue to purchase.

Makes Your Skin Glow
By far the best serum I have ever used! Not only did it make my postpartum skin glow, but it works great as a makeup primer yet is light enough that it is not greasy! I have combination-oily skin and it has helped balance it tremendously.

Great for soothing irritation
I use prescription retinol, and this is great if my skin ever gets flaky or irritated. It calms the tight, burning feeling of a damaged barrier. Unlike some reviewers would have you believe, silicones are not toxic or skin-suffocating. They help other ingredients sink into your skin, are water- and air-permeable and are used in wound healing.

Great serum for locking in moisture and priming
I use this serum twice a day to lock in moisture. I live in a humid environment and have normal skin, and this really helps to trap in moisture and as a great primer before putting on makeup. I use this and the Anti-Aging Repair Serum from Dr. Loretta and don't need a moisturizer using the two together.
