What it does: This new energy-generating serum combines vitamin C with Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare's proprietary energy complex that features CoQ10, a superoxide dismutase, carnitine and niacinamide to recharge skin. How to use: Massage 1-2 pumps onto a clean, dry face, neck and décolletage once daily. Follow with a moisturizer.

Elixer Amazing results
I went to my hair stylist yesterday May 15th 2019. I had not seen her in 3 months. I started using Dr. Dennis C collagen Brighten Serum serum in February. So now, 2.5 months after my last appointment with her, she said your skin looks beautiful. She meant it. I have been noticing how much this serum has done for me. My skin feels wonderful to the touch. The appearance of my skin is younger and fresher. Just a note on how I use it and what I use it with. I apply the serum each morning on my face neck and decolletage. Just a few days ago started using Dr. Dennis Ferulic Acid Retinol face serum in conjunction with the Vitamin C serum. I apply a moisturizer after applying the serum. I happen to use organic avocado oil as a moisturizer. A little on my palms and then pat it on where I applied the serum. Just saying this product is amazing. I only use Dr. Dennis Serums. For my eyes I use Dr. Dennis Triple Correction Ferulic Acid and Retinol eye serum. I am so happy with this product line. I have to give special thanks to the brilliant packaging of the Vitamin C Serum. It is designed to keep air out of the product and is in a dark bottle. Vitamin C is fragile to light and air.
Vitamin C serum also needs to be stored at a moderately cool temperature as well. I started putting mine in the refrigerator although the serum was still fine after 2.5 months. I just want to be double safe with this elixir.

Horrible Product
I have used Dr. Gross' line for over 10 years. I'm a skincare junkie-I've tried most lines out there-but have always come back to Dr. Gross. This Vitamin C Serum is horrible, at least for me. It leaves my face tacky every time I use it. I thought it might be because I was using too much product (1 full pump) so I cut back to 1/4-1/3 pump and used it sparingly on my face. It was still tacky!! I experimented various ways to put it on. I'd put it on & wait a few minutes then put on my Dr. Gross moisturizer, & when that didn't work I tried waiting 30 minutes to put on my moisturizer. Regardless, whenever I used this Vitamin C my face was so sticky that I would have to literally peel my face off of my silk pillowcase each morning.
My Dr. Gross rep told me several of her clients had the same problem with this product, whether they used it at night or in the morning and then tried to apply make-up.

lame packaging
I haven’t used it yet, but definitely disappointed in the packaging. Plastic feels cheap and the pump up takes up half the space.

Seeing Results
I have used this product for almost a week now and I see an improvement in the brightness of my skin tone. The smell and the serum is easy to apply.

Major allergic reaction
I used this serum for awhile and had to stop because it completely dried out my skin. I tried it again the other day because I felt like my skin needed a boost. I woke up and my eyes were completely swollen shut. It's taken two days for the swelling to go down. I have relatively sensitive skin, but have never had a reaction like this before. It was terrible!
