What it is: An intensive conditioner for normal, stressed and damaged hair.
What it does: Cationic hyaluronic acid and organic shea butter are absorbed deeply into the hair fibers to provide long lasting softness, suppleness and shine for instantly manageable hair. Pro-Vitamin B5 smoothes the hair's outer layer without weighing it down, reduces frizz and gives dull hair volume, fullness and vitality. Sunflower sprouts extract and tara extract protect against heat, impurities, UV stress and color fade.
How to use: Massage into wet hair after shampooing, allowing 1-3 minutes for the ingredients to be absorbed. Rinse thoroughly.

So I was a bit hesitant to purchase this as the price is so high. I'd tried a sample of the anti Ageing shampoo and really liked it but thought, Is it really worth the money? It IS. The hair fall shampoo does actually reduce my hair fall out. You need the tiniest amount to clean your hair (I use a 20p piece amount for my whole scalp and I have fine but dense almost waist length hair). I dip my finger into the shampoo and target areas that go greasy first (my temples, crown and behind my ears) and then emulsify the rest in both hands before distributing through my hair. This is going to last me a long time.

COMPLETELY SEPARATED
Loved a sample but my purchase of the full size was so disappointing - two faulty bottles from the same batch. The conditioner had completely separated into water and a solid lump. Like a tin of coconut milk . It cannot be sorted out by vigorous shaking.

Not good
Barbara Sturm has amazing skincare so I was excited for haircare and expected same amqzing results. Not with this conditioner, I am not sure fir who is it targeted, but for my normal hair this is not enough, i feel like I did not use conditioner at all after this one. Maybe for someone with very oily hair, but do these people want hydrating conditioner? It has no scent, which is not satisfing for me and the consistency is super runny. I do mot recommend.

I had several samples of this conditioner and had problems similar to many people – I initially thought that they were stored wrongly with separation of oil from solids, but then I see that many other people had the same experience. I tried to work what I had into my hair but gave up very quickly, so no effect to talk about – it is rather unfortunate for a high-end product. Many of Dr Sturm’s products are great, but as they say, every brand has its stars/heros and its villains, and this is definitely not a star variety

condition had gone bad
The conditioner came and it was chunky and the chemicals had separated in the bottle. There was a thin liquid and hard wax like substance that could not even be used if mixed with other conditioner. I don’t know if it had gone bad, the product was just too old…but not buying hair products again.

Disappointed
This order of conditioner is not usable. It has separated and has clumps. It is either spoiled or expired. I will return asap.
