Three strikes and you WIN
After trying the firm down alternative pillow and the down side sleeper, the down alternative side sleeper pillow totally prevents my waking up with numb or tingly arms. It's the best medicine for my problem that the doctor DIDN'T order.

Spend your money elsewhere
This is by far the worst pillow I have purchased over the years . There is no structure to this pillow the I side clumped up. I would have expected much better from parachute home but this is really not good.
