I prefer a thinner, softer pillow
The pillow was too large for me, too heavy, too lumpy, too thick. It felt uncomfortable & I returned it. That said, the overall quality is good, particularly for someone who likes sleeping on a big pillow that does not have any give.

Quality pillow, just not for me
I was undecided about this pillow. It was fairly comfortable, but at times felt too hard and firm in places, as the fill tends to bunch up and shift. It is a heavy pillow. I decided to return as I found I do not like the shredded fill in pillows.
