Stop the presses!
I have several wine club memberships and dabble in sparkling wines constantly, so I have several versions of stoppers. Each cause my wife a great deal of angst, as she fears the explosive nature of the pressure release. Without a doubt, she will have no fear with this device. I have already tested it and explained how it works by utilizing the rings at the top of the bottle. She has a new confidence. That said, the sleek design and simplistic mechanics makes this sealer one of the best I have ever seen.

Great Gift
My Sunday Brunch visits with my senior parents usually are include a bottle of Champagne which is not always used. It's very unfortunate to trash the unused portion so the crown sealer made a fantastic holiday gift. It's hard to come up with gift ideas for people that have everything they need and want. A great gadget is a good way to go.
