Down Alternative Pillow

I have loved so many of the things that I have bought from Cozy Earth that I didn’t even think to question the quality of the pillows. I have been wanting to replace my feather pillows only because they get feathers in the carpet and tend to scratch my skin if they are poking out. I was excited to find these “bamboo alternative” pillows. My bad that I just assumed that they would be all bamboo, not a synethic blend. I have a challenge sleeping on most pillows that are not down but I thought I would try them obviously thinking they were all bamboo. Once I realized they were a blend, I was disappointed but thought I will try them anyway. I put pillow cases on them after ripping off the tag and layer my head on one of them to feel. They smell like they have been sprayed with some very strong chemicals. I don’t know what it is but the smell is not leaving yet. They have been out of the package for about a week and it is still really strong. Not sure i will ever be able to use these pillows so very disappointed and my future purchases will be influenced by this experience.
