Looks like breast implants
I purchased these, hoping it would provide a little padding under a backless, halter dress. Instead, it looked like a got an overnight breast implant surgery. There is a lot of silicone type padding. Thankfully, I didn’t remove the plastic protecting the adhesive and I was able to return it.

These cups were very obvious but not in a good way. I couldn’t get them to appear natural enough to even wear them. You could tell exactly where the cups were placed
