disappointed in Nordstrom

My review is for Nordstrom poor online experience. I ordered the shoes online and without delivering the shoes they wrote Returned on my order. After calling several agents I was given a number for in Missouri store, which was responsible to mail the shoes. I was told by the customer representative that particular store did not have the shoes so they decided to just put returned. However, they still showing that they have the shoes on line . My question is who is responsible to mail the shoes to me, I did not order from Missouri but on line. I will never order from Nordstrom anymore, I am done. Their service is very poor at this time . I have been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember but I’m so disappointed with them. I will use other store to avoid the hassle. Fine

In search for the perfect TB shoe

Beautiful shoe tooo tight for my chubby feet. I couldn’t get it and and the one side I did felt very uncomfortable from the tightness. Unfortunately had to return.

Too chunky of a heel but high quality

Buyer beware

Ordered the shoes and was excited to get them. They arrived today and I take them out of the box and they have clearly been worn. The bottoms of these $250 shoes are all scuffed and the paper in the box is ripped and crumpled. If you are a Tory Burch person they don’t package their items like this. Now I have to drive an hour to the nearest Nordstrom to return them.

comfortable but not practical

The shoes are super cute but if you want to wear socks your feet are slipping and sliding in there and even inside the Nordstrom store there’s absolutely no traction on the bottom of the shoe. I would hate to attempt to walk on any slick ground because you’d go down immediately.
