Essential Lyocell & Silk Tack Stitch Sham

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Donna Karan Essential Silk Blend Quilt has to be the most amazing quilt I’ve ever seen and felt in my life! It’s luxurious, high quality and extremely durable. There’s not one thing I dislike about this quilt. The stitching is impeccable. It’s safe to put in the washing machine (I’ve done that twice so far and it looks as brand new as it did the day I got it). Now on to the comfort… let’s just say sliding into bed with this quilt is like what I’d imagine it would feel like to sleep on a cloud in heaven. I can’t even find the right words to describe how comfortable and amazing this quilt is. The description on the site doesn’t even begin to describe the quality and comfort and pure amazing-ness (I probably made that word up) of this quilt!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this a few weeks ago and I never want to go back to any other blanket. This silk blend is so soft, and it somehow stays the perfect amount of cool, while also keeping you warm when needed. My fiancé sweats like he’s running a marathon every night and somehow this quilt has been magic in helping him to not sweat nearly as much! He usually forgoes the blanket and sleeps with a flat sheet at night, but he’s been just as obsessed with this blanket and hasn’t complained once about being too hot! I love crawling into bed at the end of the day after the A/C has cooled the blanket down even more. The best sleep I’ve ever got if I have to be honest. My only regret is getting ivory instead of a darker color. But, that’s a fault on my part for not remembering that I have a toddler! I haven’t washed it yet, so I’m not sure how it will do after washing, but it still feels brand new and it’s by far my most favorite blanket in our million blanket household! I’ve been recommending it to all of my friends and family since the second night sleeping with it.
