It did NOT run small for me
In reading the reviews, I ordered a half size larger than I usually wear. Mistake. When the sandals came, they were too big. I have reordered my usual size, hopefully they will fit better. Seem very cushiony and comfortable.

Bought Online but Picked up used shoes in store
I’ve never had a problem with Nordstrom purchase online and pick up in store until these shoes. I should have checked them while at the pickup counter but then again, I should not have to! I got home and opened the box. To my huge disappointment they were obviously used. The bottoms were worn down with the stickers still attached. The person probably wanted to wear them to a couple of functions then return them. Horrible!

Lucca Flip Flop
I love these flip flops! I am a true size 9 and a AA narrow, that is not the most narrow but it is slim. I ordered a 9 and they fit perfect! I was worried they might be uncomfortable, but they are great and don't rub my feet around the top part of the shoe! These are not for wide feet at all! My foot fit's perfectly in this shoe, but their is no extra room!

Good quality but...
Bought the brown and black color size 6.5. Sandals were well made and felt comfy on the sole since it's padded. But if you don't have narrow feet, this is not for you. I have regular width feet and it is still too narrow for me. The horizontal strap across the foot is tight and is uncomfy when you walk. The size is also not true to size. My feet are a half size different, and it was still too small even for my smallest foot. Was thinking of sizing up a full size but I feel like it will just be longer but not wider. Sadly, both will be returned.

runs small!
I’m between an 8 and 8.5, got the 8.5 and would easily need a 9 or 9.5 in these. They’re cute, but run quite small and felt like they’d be stiff even in a better size.
