I first ordered these in a size 7.5 and a size 8. I’m a true 7.5 but sometimes need to size up depending on the toe box. 7.5 felt too snug but I couldn’t get the size 8 on at all - thought I was going crazy until I compare the length to the size 7.5 and saw they were much shorter. I checked inside the boot and realized they’d sent me size 6 boots in a size 8 box! I notified customer service (who basically said gosh, that sucks for you), immediately reordered in an 8, and returned the other two pairs. So the replacement 8s arrived today and, would you believe it, I got a left boot in size 8 and a right boot in 7.5!!! Seriously, what is happening with Nordstrom?!?!? It’s possible that third time is the charm but I need someone to check these before they ship to me. I’ve reached out to customer service so the ball is in their court. I hope they will try to make it right but given the response after I notified them of the first issue I’m not sure what to expect. Bottom line - style is cute, suede is soft, they’re a comparable dupe for the Isabel Marant boots everyone wants and can’t afford, but good luck getting the size you need. And if you’re trying for a size 8, check make sure you don’t get the mis-packaged ones I keep returning.

This shoe runs at least 1.5 sizes too big. The boot is absolutely gorgeous. The quality is amazing, very well made and again, stunning. But unfortunately, I had to return them

These olive boots are a gorgeous color and they fit perfectly. I like that I’ll be able to wear with a dress and jeans as they are super versatile. You won’t be sorry with this purchase.

I had to exchange this order for a different size and the amount of time it is taking is absurd. The boots are lovely, if I ever get the correct size.

As is. The color, the style, the toe shape. As is. Just the way I wanted it. My only regret is that they don’t have it in chocolate brown. Just buy it.

The shoe didn’t fit. It’s beautiful, just not true to size.
