Flash Plumping Lip Oil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave it a four star only because I didn’t feel the lip plumper effect. Do I love the shine and formula absolutely. The applicator is the perfect size and shape to give you the right amount of gloss and application. Also it works with your PH and gives a slight tint of a pink shade.

I wasn’t so sure about the blue but when applying it, my lips look like the shade they’re supposed to be! It’s not too minty nor is it too sticky. Glides on smoothly and the plumping effect is natural yet effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Dolce&Gabbana mint oil lip plumper, and I am mostly impressed. Right off the bat the packaging is stunning. Thick, heavy, quality frosted glass bottle with a shiny gold topper. The color is an ocean blue but goes on completely clear. The wand applicator is the perfect size and applies the perfect amount of lip oil evenly. The lip oil itself feels like an oil gloss. It’s the perfect consistency of thick without being sticky. It’s shiny and actually moisturizes your lips for a surprisingly long time. My lips still felt very hydrated long after the glossy wore off. Probably one of the best lip oils I’ve ever tried. My only problem with this lip oil is that is it being marketed at a plumper. This had absolutely no plumping effect at all. I am normally quite sensitive to any plumping, even mint based. But this didn’t even turn my lips pink, it virtually had no effect. Now this could also be me expecting a plumping lip oil but they meant more of a hydrating plumping effect which it 100% does and if that’s the purpose then that’s my bad. Otherwise I am in love with this product and the formula, packaging and hydrating effect are all 10/10.
