Emmaretta Floral Pleated Cotton Voile Maxi Dress

I’ve seen the brand online and have thought the dresses were beautiful. The print on this dress is no exception. And while I know it’s Dôen’s thing for the dresses to be unlined, it just doesn’t justify the ridiculous price tag. I mean the quality just is t there due to the lack of lining and at the end of the day, it’s a sheer cotton dress. If it was $75-100 I may have kept it because I really did like it and the fit was great but I just couldn’t.

100% agree with the prior reviewer commenting on the lack of lining and overall overpriced dress. This dress is super cute, and the print is fun and perfect for summer/early fall. The straps aren't overly ruffled so decently avoids that tradwife, matronly vibe many nap dresses have these days. But the price is way too high for how thin the material is. It looks great on my short, hourglass figure. I have a large bust (38DDD) and a very post-partum figure currently, and I appreciated having drawstrings that actually functioned to adjust the fit of the bust and waist. But I think this is a solid $150-200 too expensive for that feature. I'm returning it.

Size down because his dress, while a lovely fit and nursing-friendly, stretched out so much after one wear that I cannot wear it again, the top keeps basically falling off and showing my entire chest.

This dress is an exceptional fit and if it weren’t for the comments and reviews I may not be getting one but I am if you don’t appreciate the price point I understand but it’s organic cotton and if you could tell me there’s another dress nearly as nice as this with as much detail and functional ties oh wait there isn’t I have search tirelessly. Yes if it were lined I would feel as if I were an actual Disney princess but it’s gonna be hot this summer and I really don’t need it to be lined I also have the ditzy floral light green version from last year and it is extremely sheer yet I freaking love it extremely stylish I feel so comfortable wearing this yes you could take a nap in it yes you can wear it to dinner with heels this particular color is gonna get me through the fall thank you Doen & nordstrom

This dress is beautiful in person and the fit is great. However- I have worn it a handful of times and a seam has ripped at the top between the dress and the ruffling at the top. Super disappointed since it was $300. Would not recommend and too late to return.

Easy dress to throw on and run out the door in this heat wave. Bodice has enough cinching and is adjustable so that you don’t have to wear anything else.
