what are you waiting for
I’ve spent the past ten years trimming my fancy candle wicks with a toilet paper square, getting soot on my hands. I don’t know what I was waiting for. I finally splurged on this diptyque wick trimmer and it actually felt like a necessary spend instead of a splurge. The cutter cuts cleanly, catches the wick nice and stable, looks fancy on my tray as if my living room is participating in some photo shoot. If you already collect a lot of exorbitantly priced candles, just go for it. Complete your life. Or if you’re bffs with someone who literally burns their money away, then this would make a great gift for them.

Makes me laugh
I dint want to bash the brand as I love the candles. But sorry, this so unnecessary, this product, you can accomplish the same or better results with cheap nail equipment. I've used this at my friend house and then she borrowed me it to get a grip and check it out and I just laughed. Ok, its fancy. But think of tools you spend on your makeup and would you pay the hefty price? It does the same thing as nail scissors and a cuticle tool. Thank you, next.

Great For All Candles
I've been using these products for so long that I remember when diptyque used to sell Wickman products. Since Wickman is the original candle accessory maker, this product is superior. If you've ever experienced errant burned candle wicks, you know how difficult and frustrating an experience it can be getting it off of surfaces.
With diptyque candles, I always cut the wicks rather short for even burning. That said, I also use this with trimmer with Cire Trudon, Lalique, and Jo Malone candles to name a few. The tray/shelf keeps burned wicks from places they don't belong.

it does the job
I adore diptyque candles and love that this is made in France. That said, it is pretty expensive for what you get. The angle is weird too so I feel like the other one I have works better and it was half the price.

Luxurious convenience
Great quality wick trimmer. Helps you get the wick of even the tallest of candles.

Wick Trimmer
Something I have needed for years. I like the size and the way it cuts the wick.

useful
These actually are quite useful. I sometimes use scissors to trim the wicks of my candles, or even just clip off the top with my nails, but these are great for when the candle has burnt down lower and the wick is harder to reach. They look very nice too, although do take up a bit of space unless you're organised enough to put some sort of hook up for them...
