What it is: An irresistibly warm and smoky scent of fire wood reminiscent of a winter day huddled by the fire.
Fragrance story: In the hearth, a fire roars, throwing out its light and casting shadows. The wood crackles as flames slowly consume the logs, releasing their dense, smoky scent. The iconic oval label is deeply rooted in diptyque’s story. The thread of inspiration runs from ancient Rome to the fabric designs created during the early days of the diptyque adventure.

How to use: The first time you burn your diptyque candle, allow it to burn for at least two hours until the whole top is liquid with wax to help it burn more evenly next time. Before lighting, trim the wick to 1/4-inch length, which will allow the candle to burn slowly and will help avoid black marks around the edge of the glass. After blowing out the candle, recenter and straighten the wick.
