What it is: An ode to travel and vanilla, an eau de toilette with notes of pink peppercorn, cypriol and calamus.

Fragrance story: Along the spice route, the vanilla at the heart of Eau Duelle takes on new aromas: luminous, addictive accents of calamus and dark, smoky nuances of cypriol. Traveling through time and over borders, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar reveals itself between darkness and light. The vanilla bean is the fruit of the orchid flower. Harvested while still green, it must undergo a maturation process of thirty-four months: it is dried slowly so that all of its subtle, sweet perfume can develop fully.

Scent Sensitive

I have a lot of trouble with scents, but generally gravitate towards vanilla. I find this to be a light version that is not too sweet. It doesn't bother my allergies. It's the only scent I wear. Thank you Nordstrom for your descriptions. I've been loving this one for two years now. It still smells fresh, and is still my one and only favorite.

Perfect Autumnal Vanilla

Eau Duelle has become a staple for me this season; the perfect balance of herbal, woody and sweet. If Tam Dao is Spring, then Eau Duelle is Autumn. Wear anywhere, unisex and deeply comforting. I have collected an extensive fragrance wardrobe, over the years, and have barely worn anything else since buying this!

Signature scent

Diptique's Eau Duelle is an utterly irresistible, elegant fragrance suited for women armed with a sense of style which does not cater to trends-du jour-) for someone with an instinct for subtlety, without descending into boredom. think luxurious, monochromatic fabrics with occasional splashes of color. it fares well in urban jungles, as well as in breezy Mediterranean places, day and night. you will be remembered for this scent, but do not expect a sex-in-the-bottle showstopper-) I'm on my sixth flacon, never been in love with a fragrance for so long..

Favourite!

This is my absolute favourite Diptyque fragrance. You only need about 2 sprays and will last all day. It’s a masculine smelling fragrance and can be overpowering if wearing too much. But smells really expensive and lasts for ages! Definitely worth the price as very luxurious.

warm cosu scent

the vanilla and musk are addictive and the spices give you a feeling of warmth which works well as a winter scent too. This doesnt last long unfortunately which is disappointing for its price tag so i will try the edp instead. get lost of compliments so will continue to buy it
