Great pigmentation/Great for medium, olive-tones

I usually use Chanel or MAC blushes but Petal (001) in the Rosy Glow line has the best pigmentation and lasts much longer than my other blushes. In the pan the colour looks VERY SCARILY PINK but once applied looks like natural colouring. I read other reviews that said this is shimmery, but in my opinion it looks matte. (I don't like glitterificness in my makeup.) My skin has a tendency to "eat" my makeup - with other products, my skin will look great after a fresh application but 3 hours into my day my skin has soaked up most of it, leaving my face looking bare. This Dior blush lasts the workday, humid or not. The brush that comes with the blush is very soft and works very well. For reference, I'm part SE asian and use Chanel Perfection Lumiere Foundation in either 30 or 40/Smashbox Foundation in L3 or L4.

Not as Glowing Review as expected

Expected a perfect blush when using this product, based on all of the glowing reviews I read. The powder isn't as nice as others I use, and it's staying power is lacking. I will use it in combo with other blushes (MAC) that I already have, but don't find that it works on it's own. I feel it is overpriced and over rated.

Beautiful Flush

This product is wonderful! Very natural and pretty. It is very finely milled but concentrated at the same time so you don't need to apply much to achieve a nice soft pinky glow. I was also impressed how long the color lasted, all day! I have never had to touch it up even after touching up with face powder. It looks natural so you can pair it with any lip color, even sheer nude gloss which is what I tend to use on a daily basis. Lovely!

Fresh and easy for summer

I love this blush! I think I had the same reaction as most ladies when I first saw it in the store. It looks like you are putting HYPER hot pink on your cheeks. It's actually quite lovely and can be as light or as bright as you would like it to be. I use it with a bronzer and it's perfect. I apply on the cheekbone and it lifts the face nicely. It comes with a very nice brush or you can use your own. Don't be intimated.....I got a friend to buy it that hardly wears ANY make-up whatsoever and she loves it!

very nice blush

I had very high expectations of this blush, due to the many good reviews. At first I was a little disapointed with it, I had expected more of it. After using it for about two weeks I actually really really like it. For me, it works best over some foundation. It does give you a very natural glow. However, I don't always like it on my bare skin, depends on how my skin looks that day...

Surprised

I wasn't sure if this would work. The color is super bright and for my age, i thought I was out of my mind. However, if applied lightly and strategically, it does bring out the natural glow once it interacts with heat. I don't like to wear a lot of make up and the combination of this blush and the lip balm that does the same, is for simplicity's sake... great.

Rosy Glow - Petal

I have been looking for this color blush forever. Finally, Dior came up with it. This beautiful blush gives the skin a gorgeous luminous soft pink glow that enhances any skin color. I am a makeup artist and I use this color on all my clients. It can go on alone or over a soft pink creme blush or even over a bronzer (where you would apply blush). You have to try it to see what I am talking about. I know you will love it as much as I do.
