'Hypnotic Poison' Fragrance

When I worked in women's fragrance, you really get to know all the scents. I think a lot of the ones out there smell very similar and smell nice but are missing something special. Hypnotic Poison does not smell like anything but Hypnotic Poison itself. I love that because it makes it feel special. There is so many layers to this scent that I feel like it gives off a mysterious vibe. I love it most when it's died down, next day on my clothes, at first it is a bit strong for me (but I do have a sensitive nose). I love the lotion too, I wish there was a deodorant.

I have worked as a fragrance model and makeup artist. I have had the opportunity to smell thousands of fragrances over the years. I found Dior's Hypnotic Poison when it launched in 1998 and have been wearing only this, ever since. It is a complex fragrance with many notes, vanilla, musk, orange, etc. It is definitely an oriental fragrance, with musky notes. I have never received so many compliments wearing any other fragrance. It is very unique and you certainly will not smell like 'everybody else'. I will continue to wear this as it makes me feel sexy and confident.

This fragrance has been my signature scent for many years. It is sweet, sexy, naughty, and nice all wrapped into one. The scent itself is not at all sharp, and is just sweet enough without being cloying. The staying power is okay - about 4 hours on me- but good staying power when you consider that this is an eau de toilette and I live in Florida. Overall, Dior hit one out of the ballpark with Hypnotic Poison.

This product is awesome I love the way it smells I love the way it makes me feels, everytime i wear this fragrance i get a whole lot of attention great job dior for making this fragrance.

I'm REALLY late to the party on this one, but this scent is different and just fabulous! In my arsenal of fragrances, this is front and center whenever I want to feel pretty, special, confident, put-together, sexy! The hubby likes it and it draws compliments from strangers, too. Not too flowery, not too heavy, not too sweet; just right! The bottle itself is fun to pick up and hold for a spray, but the best part is the fragrance - which lasts all day. Bravo, Dior! The best of the Poisons!

I love the way this perfume smells...I have gotten several compliments on it already since I purchased it..would highly recommend it to others...not to strong just right..
