What it is: A setting powder that sets makeup, blurs, contains hyaluronic acid and is available in two finishes: translucent radiant or luminous matte.
What it does: This pressed setting powder is available in two finishes that illuminate or mattify. The translucent radiant powder features light-reflecting pigments for a soft-focus effect and barely there feeling. The luminous matte powder blurs imperfections, enhances makeup wear and comes in 6 shades. Both formulas are infused with hyaluronic acid to hydrate skin.
How to use: This multiuse setting powder can be applied with the Dior Backstage Brush No. 14 on bare skin for a perfecting effect, over foundation to extend wear or on the T-zone to mattify.

Disappointed
I purchased this immediately when it was released on Nordstrom.com because I LOVE the new Dior bronzer and highlighter. They are both perfection!!! This powder missed the mark for me. It did not blur or keep my skin matte. The Givenchy Prisme Libre Pressed Powder runs circles around the Dior powder. Also, you cannot take the Dior powder with you for touchups because there is no room in the compact for a puff and I don’t want to carry a brush or a loose puff in my makeup bag. What a mess that would be with powder everywhere. The Givenchy compact has room for a puff for on the go touchups and blurs and keeps my skin matte to perfection. Returning the Dior and staying loyal to the Givenchy powder. I also think the Givenchy compact is more chic in its design than the Dior compact.

This powder mattifies and does not dry my skin. Ingredients seem to be non comedogenic. I bought shade 2, light and it is a bit darker than other Dior powders, foundations in shade 2.

Review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is nice for a light dusting but it can emphasize dryness. Maybe it could be used better in the summertime when my skin is more oil prone. It also has a strong scent which could be a bit more subtle. It is overall an ok product but I probably wouldn’t repurchase.

Dry skin safe blurring powder
