This is a lovely product buy is not meant to act as a moisturizer. If your skin is dry, prepare your skin well with peptide serum followed by rich moisturizer. Let those dry for several minutes before applying the Glow Veil Primer. Let the primer dry for a few minutes before applying your Dior Glow Foundation (or preferred foundation). It is meant to be the final step before applying foundation to add a soft glow and prolong staying power, so foundation stays put all day. Consider the season/climate you are in and adjust your skin care regimen as needed. You will still need good skin care before applying this, based on your skin type.

Absolutely beautiful product. I struggle with dryness and dullness, and this took care of both easily and seamlessly. I love that it can be used for targeted highlighting as well as an all over glow. It’s so good, in fact, that my wife complimented my skin the first day I wore it, and she’s not one to take notice of my skincare or makeup routines.
