The DH9 is an extremely easy to use thermometer with an extra-long probe design. The extra-long 5.6” probe allows your hands to be kept at a same distance when checking the temperature of meats or hot oil. The length of the probe makes it an ideal tool for grilling or frying when your hand may need to be near hot coals, hot oil, or grill grates. The DH9 boasts a large display, with large numbers that are easy to read, even in lower light settings. A hang hole allows the thermometer to be placed on a hook which keeps the thermometer within arm’s reach when cooking and is also great for storage, keeping the unit from bouncing around in a kitchen drawer.
