I love this beautiful "jacket". As a curvy, older woman, I was looking for something flowy and eye catching to wear for work. I took off the tie, put it over a short black dress with a belt, chunky heels and instant style.

Tried to wear this for brunch with my girlfriends. Looked and felt like I woke up and put on a bathrobe and wore sandals instead of house shoes. I did not feel dressed in this outfit at all

It's All In the Styling!
This is a fantastic piece! I am becoming a HUGE fan of this brand! The pieces are flowing, which I like! Now it is robe like, that is true and I added inside snap buttons (which are invisible) to secure when closed. I wore this with wide leg white pants and was barely out of the car before the compliments started (not that I needed them, I appreciated them, but I was confident about this look)! The younger ladies or those with great legs (any age) could pull this look off as a dress. I gave it four stars because there is a way to make wrap styles with enhanced security. With that said, I am LOVING this brand and will definitely be buying more!

this is a robe
ok, this is so beautiful - but it's a victim of poor photography and styling. This is clearly a robe. This isn't something the average person can wear as a dress like the photo shows. The styling should show it layered over great trousers or a dress - something - but to show it as a dress, isn't helpful. This is thin, only has a thin belt and has absolutely no closures. It's a robe. Beautiful pattern...but it is a robe. I'm returning it.

Love the print and weight of fabric is perfect for Texas summers. However, agree it is a bit robe like. The tie does not stay in place and it would help if there was an inside tie. Kept it but don’t think I would purchase another one.

LOVE Pattern and Fabric
I love this pattern and fabric. the gold is nicer in person than what is shown. Some cautions: the arms are very long and it runs large. Some reviews stated it reminded them of a robe and I can understand why. I returned for smaller size, wear fitted clothes underneath, and treat it almost like a kimono. Love it! BUT I did have to have arm length shortened.
