Very happy with my new DiamondClean toothbrush

Broke after a few months
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device broke within the first few months of ownership. Phillips then sent me what appeared to be a referbished device that wouldn’t even charge and refused to send me a new one. I would NOT recommend buying this product.

Not perfect but a good toothbrush
It's good don't get me wrong but I find the heads are very large so hard to reach the back of your mouth,
Considering the price I would expect a bit more from the toothbrush although it does clean very well once you get used to just how powerful the vibration is, it would be nice if there was a smaller possibly round or oval shaped head available (like my previous oral b) as that seemed a much more convenient size for harder to reach areas. The app is more of a gimmick that I used 2/3 times at the beginning but not much after a month or 2 and it doesn't always detect the correct position you are at, the area timer also doesn't really give enough time on each area to get all around the teeth,

Not as expected

We would like to inform you that your toothbrush gives you the option to choose between 3 different intensity levels: low, medium, and high. Based on the brush head you attach, the intensity will be selected automatically. If you wish to change to a different intensity, you can do so by pressing the mode/intensity button while brushing. For optimal results, it is recommended to use the automatically selected intensity. The intensity cannot be changed as long as the handle is powered off or paused.

One really bad failure
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the brush a lot. BUT... the fact that the app can't pair with more than one toothbrush is ridiculous. We have two homes. Your app makes me repair every time, and then you lose all your stats and counting down to replacement of the toothbrush. Because of that hassle, I've stopped using the app (just not worth having to repair twice a week), so I'm not getting the benefit of the app telling me where I'm missing brushing, etc. I actually bought 2 of those counters bus drivers use to count riders -- I am using those to count to 180 on each toothbrush. If you fixed the app, this toothbrush would be perfect.

Love this toothbrush!
I've been using Sonicare/InterPlak for decades. This DiamondClean Smart toothbrush lasted 5 years! Unfortunately, I had to order a new one because the spindle became loose and vibrated terribly. It was just a matter of time before it came off completely. I definitely feel I got my money's worth since it lasted 5 years. Just ordered my replacement.
