I love the brushes but the durability of the last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 9300 I bought less than two years ago crapped out so I needed to replace it. I hope this one performs like previous ones that would last five years, not like the one it is replacing.

Dislike 20 sec timer, travel case step backwards

Hate the 20 second pacing timer. Bring back option for 30 second timer! Who brushes their teeth that way, going 1/3 of the way across, switching, coming back to middle third, etc? Battery doesn't seem to last 14 days, more like 8. And new travel case is both overly large and the new built-in charging cable as less convenient than previous case that was smaller and allowed to plug in your own cable. Feels like a step backwards. Otherwise, does a great job of cleaning, and love the charging glass, so convenient.
