Diamond Letter Charm

Don’t be fooled by the use of higher materials. This item is poorly manufactured. In less than a month, two diamonds fell out. Nordstrom couldn’t help me and told me to contact Mejuri. Mejuri is a mess with no phone lines and only text or email support. Since my item was still under warranty, they had me ship it back and then offered me partial store credit because they had the item on sale on their website. They didn’t seem to understand that their promotion was irrelevant, and I’d pay $50 more for it than the credit they offered me. I wish Nordstrom would not carry this brand since it doesn’t jive with their level of customer support.

Very sweet charm. Petite but still noticeable. Doesn't disappear. Son gave to GF. She loved it.

I originally wanted to purchase an initial charm in yellow gold metal. However, this Diamond initial charm caught my eye. I love the setting and how doesn’t show yellow gold in between the diamonds. The size is petite, but not too small. I placed it on the same necklace with a tiny sapphire, which I think look great together.
