Equipe Stellar Sneaker (Women)

I did not consider silver sneakers until I saw this pair (all silver & white). They seemed to have a cachet that was so attractive and worth (?) the high price. I am a 7 in Ecco and Mephisto, and often 7.5 in others; with Vionic sometimes 7 sometimes 6.5 only when Wide as per my last sneaker purchase. After reading the size table and reviews on many sites I thought 6.5 would work. Not so. These sneakers are massive and wide, I could have gone with a 6 or probably 5.5 but still, I think that even in my size they would be bigger looking than I would want because of the back upward sole adds length. They also look dirty rather than stylishly patinated or silvered. I still love them very much when I look at the picture but then in reality they simply look used and dirty. I guess they would complement the ripped jeans look. Not for grown up with any sense of style.
