Gorgeous BUT….
I am dissatisfied with the size that this bag was portrayed to be on the website. The bag is absolutely adorable, but in reality, is half the size of this picture on the Nordstrom website. I’m not in the habit of getting out a measuring tape and measuring things out when ordering from Nordstrom, but it looks like if I ever order a designer bag from them again I will have to, as this has become a reoccurring issue.

Picture online is deceptive
I love everything about this bag….but I can only fit my wallet in it and that is it. The picture shows a small size bag. When it is shown on the model it appears to be a small size bag. This bag is a mini bag at best. This will be the second bag I will have to send back because Nordstrom is making these bags like deceptively larger online than they are. Very dissatisfied with Nordstrom for this.

Luxury Handbag Delivered in Plastic Bag
I purchased this $1500 bag which arrived “naked” in a plastic outer bag. No box, no protective stuffing, and no storage bag that is customary with designer handbags. I called and waited a long time to speak with a customer service representative who said there was “nothing he can do.” I asked to leave feedback for customer service. He then transferred me to a manager. The call quickly disconnected and no one called back. This bag was a special treat, but I will take my special treat shopping elsewhere.
